Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit (50% of the total tour price)

To secure your booking with Doshin Nagasawa Hokkaido Travel, we require a deposit of 50% of the total tour price.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the tour's start date, you may receive a partial refund of the deposit (typically about 25% of the tour total cost)

Cancellation made within 30 days of the tour start date are not eligible for any deposit refund.

However, please note that if it is the case of border closures mandated by national authorities, you may reschedule your tour without any additional cost after coordination with us.

Final Payment (another 50% of the total tour price)

Finaly payment should be made in advance (10 days before), or in Japanese yen cash on the first day of the tour upon pick-up

Payment method

1. PayPal (Each transaction is subject to a fee of about 4%)

2. Credit card (Each transaction is subject to a fee of about 4%)

3. Bank Transfer (Each bank typicall charges a fee of around 5,000yen)
